Hosting a red carpet event is always a pleasure for any celebrity who is chosen for the role. Heidi Klum was selected to host the 2008 Emmy Awards, and having been there and done that, nothing was bound to go wrong that day. However, it looks like her co-host, Tom Bergeron, had other plans.

In an awkward moment, Klum pretended to swoon in the arms of Bergeron when he accidentally dropped her. She would later show a purple bruise on her hip backstage as she reflected on and mocked the moment. Too bad she wouldn’t leave with a gong that day!
